STEM

My interest in STEM has been evident since I was a kid. I fell in love with dinosaurs, animals, and the outdoors. On hikes, I would go to rivers and find bugs, and then classify them. I also dragged my parents to the aquarium so I could see the resemblance of prehistoric marine dinosaurs to modern day fishes.

I got to show off my STEM skill in my seventh grade science fair. Here I showed the process of osmosis using egg membranes. I dissolved the shell using vinegar, and then placed them into different fluids to see if fluid would flow into or out of the egg.

Nowadays, I like to show my love for STEM differently. I created the Math and Science Club to let other students show their love STEM. I also participated in the Biology Olympiad and the National Chemistry Olympiad to show my appreciation for what I have learned.
